Error message: An invoice is already present in the Archive or on the Confirmation status with the invoice number X for this relation

This error message occurs immediately when you open the Check screen. Based on the recognised creditor/debtor and the recognised invoice number, the invoice is already present in the TriFact365 Archive or on the status Confirmation. So you cannot post it again to the same creditor/debtor with the same invoice number. Click on View invoice to view the invoice that is in the archive.
