Moving an administration to Another Exact Online Subscription

Have you migrated your administration to a different Exact Online environment?

When moving the administration to a different Exact Online environment, the link in TriFact365 must also be updated. This is because TriFact365 is still connected to the old environment.

  1. To do this, go to Settings (cogwheel) → Links in TriFact365.

  2. Double-click the relevant connection or click (•••) → Edit.

  3. Click Restore Link. You will now be redirected to the Exact Online website. Enter the login credentials for the new environment here.

  4. Once this is done, the connection will be restored, and you’ll be able to post invoices in Exact Online again. All history (Work In Progress, Archive, etc.) has been preserved.

Please note!

This only works if all the administrations covered by a link are moved to the same Exact Online environment. If only some of the administrations are moved, please contact support.
