Before you begin:

  • TriFact365 integrates with SnelStart Web. Are you using the server version of SnelStart? No problem. Make sure you have a online administration set up within SnelStart. Then connect via SnelStart Web, and all transactions will also be visible in the server version of SnelStart.

  • Make sure you’ve assigned a company name to the administration in SnelStart; otherwise, TriFact365 won’t be able to retrieve the administation to link. To do this, go to Bedrijfsgegevens wijzigen in SnelStart.

  1. In TriFact365, go to the gear icon in the top right corner and click Links. Then click New.

  2. Here, select SnelStart as the accounting software you want to link to.

  3. Give the link a description so you can easily recognize it later.

  4. Enter the SnelStart Link Key here.

    1. In SnelStart Web, go to Koppelingen in the left-hand menu.

    2. Search for TriFact365 and click on the tile.

    3. Then click the Koppeling instellen button.

    4. Copy the link key that was just generated and paste it into TriFact365. Click “Finish.”

The connection is now established. You’ll be returned to TriFact365, where you can immediately add the connected administration.

Want to add multiple administrations?


Do you want to add multiple client accounts from SnelStart? For each administration, you’ll need to set up a new link with its own key.
