Viewing the PDF in King Business Software

TriFact365 uses digitaal-archiefsoorten to add the PDF file of an invoice tot the corresponding journal entry in King Business Software. Make sure the settings mentioned in the installation manual for linking with King Business Software are executed.

Where can I find the installation manual?

  • Go to Option (Cogwheel) → Links → New

  • Select King Business Software as the accounting package

  • Download the manual

Points of attention

1. Vaste gegevens crediteuren/debiteuren
Be sure that the Bestandslocatie directs to a location on the server where King Business Software is installed and is NOT a UNC-path.

2. Digitaal-archiefsoorten
The field Locatie should have the exact reference: <documentenpad>\<naw_nummer>

3. Vrije rubrieken
Use the code created for the Digitaal-archiefsoorten. If the code differs from the suggested code in the installation manual use this created code.
