Link with Visma eAccounting

Before you start

Check is the Visma eAccounting API is activated. Go to Apps in Visma eAccounting.

To get started

Go in TriFact365 to Settings (Cogwheel) at the top right and click on Links and then click New.

  1. Select Visma eAccounting here as the accounting package you want to set up a link with.

  2. Give a recognizable description to the link and click on Next.

  3. Click Finish. You will be directed to the webpage of Visma eAccounting. Log on to this page, select the administration and give the requested permissions for TriFact365.

The link is now finalised, and you will be redirected to TriFact365. You can now add the linked administration.

Visma Advisor

Are you using Visma Advisor together with Visma eAccounting and unable to set up the link? Please contact Visma eAccounting and ask them to verify the following two settings:

  • Is the integration module activated (between Visma Advisor and Visma Accounting)?

  • Has the Visma Advisor User access to the Visma eAccounting administration(s)?
