Link with Exact Online

Getting started

Go to Settings (Cogwheel) at the top right and click on Links and then click New.

  1. Select Exact Online as the accounting software you want to link with.

  2. Select the version of Exact Online you want to link with (Belgium, Germany, Spain, The Netherlands).

  3. Give a recognisable description to the link with Exact Online and click on Next.

  4. Click Finish. You will be directed to the webpage of Exact Online. Log on to this page, the link will be finalised, and you will be redirected to TriFact365.

The link has now been set up. You will be redirected to TriFact365, where you can immediately add one or more administrations from this link.

Note

Make sure the link is made with an Exact Online User with sufficient rights for the administration(s) in Exact Online to work with in TriFact365.
