Modify authorisation schedule

The changes will only take effect for documents uploaded after the change has been implemented.

To modify an existing authorisation schedule, it is important to follow the correct steps.

  1. Are there documents with the Authorisation status that you want to process using a modified authorisation schedule?

    1. Go to the Authorisation overview from Home.

    2. Click the menu (•••) in the Document column and select the Stop action.

    3. Or select multiple documents and click the Stop button above the table.

The documents will now be set to the Rejected status.

  1. Adjust the authorisation scheme.

    1. Go to Settings (cog wheel) and click on Authorisation Schedules.

    2. Double-click the relevant authorisation schedule and make the changes.

  2. You can now resubmit the documents with the Rejected status for authorization.

    1. In the Dashboard, click on the notification: “There are still … invoices with the status Rejected.”

    2. Click the menu (•••) in the Document column and select the Restore action.

    3. Or select multiple documents and click the Restore button.

The documents will now be set to the Authorisation status again.
