Restoring the connection with the accounting system

When you have made a connection with an accounting software package, it is possible to restore the connection. This is for example necessary when you have changed your login details and TriFact365 cannot connect anymore.

  1. To do this, go to Settings (Cogwheel)Links

  2. Double-click the relevant link or click (•••) and select Edit.

For most accounting software packages, the Restore link button is available here. When you click it, you are directed to the website of the accounting package. Here you can enter the new login details for the link.

Note

Make sure you are logged out of the accounting software.

The following accounting software packages work differently:

  • AFAS: Here you can enter a new User token.

  • iMUIS Online / King Finance: You can enter a new environment code here.

  • SnelStart: Here you can enter a new Link key.

All history (Backlog, Archive, etc.) is retained after the link is restored.
