Authorisation via the portal

  1. There are several ways to access documents that need to be authorised:

    • Click the Authorise tile on the Home screen (if you have one administration in TriFact365).

    • On the Home screen, click the Authorise column in the Backlog per administration table (if you have multiple administrations).

    • Go to Backlog. Then click the Authorise status next to the document.

  2. On the right, you’ll see the relevant document. On the left, you can perform the following actions:

    • Approve: when an invoice is authorised, it will get the status Check.

    • Reject: if an invoice is rejected the invoice receives the status Rejected

    • Skip: an invoice can be Skipped. The invoice will still have the status Authorise in the Backlog and can be authorised at a later moment.

Frequently Asked Questions

When a document is rejected, it is given the status Rejected. You can then delete the document or restore it. When you restore a document, it will again have the status Authorise.

Authorisation takes place before the invoice is checked. When authorising, you approve or reject the invoice after it enters the TriFact365 workflow.

Confirmation is exercised after the invoice has been checked. When confirming, you approve or reject the final journal entry for this invoice. After approval, the entry is sent to the accounting software.
