This error message is generated by the accounting software. It indicates that the user account used to create the connection with TriFact365 does not have sufficient permissions for this administration in the accounting package.

Solution

Check the settings and permissions of this user account and update them where necessary. If the user does not have permission to post entries to this administration, TriFact365 will not be able to transfer the information to the accounting package.
