Update master data

When you change master data in your accounting software, it is important that you then update the master data in TriFact365. This means that TriFact365 retrieves the new or updated data from the accounting software. Follow the step-by-step guide below to update the master data.

Option 1

  1. Go to Settings (Cogwheel) → Administrations → Three dots → Edit

  2. On the Administration Data tab at the top, click the Update Master Data button.

Option 2

You can also update the master data while checking and processing invoices.

  1. Go to the Backlog and click the Check status next to a document.

  2. In the Check screen, click the Update Master Data button.
