It may happen that when checking an entry proposal, the master data is not or no longer available. For example, no existing suppliers or ledgers are proposed anymore or they cannot be selected.

The following error message may also be displayed:

Cause

This is often caused by a malfunctioning link to the accounting software.

Solution

To resolve this situation, 2 solutions can be applied:

When the link is restored, the master data should also be updated

The solution may also depend on the accounting package being used:

If you do not have access to the master data for an Exact Online administration, this may be caused by one of the following options:

  • TriFact365 lacks the necessary app permissions ("appmachtiging") in Exact Online.

  • The administration code has changed in Exact Online

If (part of) the master data is missing for an AFAS administration, you may have forgotten to add one of the GetConnectors to the App Connector. Use our guide to verify that all required GetConnectors have been added.
