Notes for the AFAS link

This article provides an overview of the TriFact365 settings available for the AFAS link.

Additional Settings in AFAS

• To create journal entries, a counter must be configured for the relevant journals in AFAS. Read here how to set this up.

• To create customers and/or suppliers in TriFact365, automatic numbering must be configured in AFAS. Read here how to set this up.

Check settings

Some features in the Check screen require additional configuration. Read more about all available options when using AFAS:

• Book to a Cost Center and Project

• Credit invoice / reverse entry processing in AFAS

Entry settings

At the administration level, you can configure various default settings. Read more about all available options when working with AFAS.

Finding the PDF in AFAS

The PDF of the invoice is not automatically sent along to AFAS. Additional settings are required:
