First time login

When you log in to TriFact365 for the first time after requesting a trial version, you will go through a welcome flow. In this article you will find more information about the different steps you need to go through.

Select a language

First, select a language for your user. TriFact365 is available in Dutch, English, German, French, and Spanish.

Connecting to an accounting system

To work with TriFact365, you must connect it to an accounting system.

  1. Select the accounting system you want to connect to. Check the links below for more information on each accounting system.

    1. Connecting to AccountView

    2. Connecting to AFAS

    3. Connecting to Exact Online

    4. Connecting to iMUIS Online

    5. Connecting to King Business Software

    6. Connecting to SnelStart

    7. Connecting to Twinfield

    8. Connecting to Unit4 Multivers / Boekhoud Gemak

    9. Connecting to Visma eAccounting

  2. Additional settings may be required to connect to your accounting system. This will be indicated in the next step. If no additional settings are required, you will proceed directly to step 3.

  3. Give the link a recognizable description.

  4. Depending on the selected accounting system, you will enter your login credentials in the final step in TriFact365, or you will be redirected to the accounting system’s website after clicking Finish.

Add an administration

Once the connection has been successfully established, you will automatically proceed to adding an administration.

  1. Select one or more administrations from the list under Available administrations.

  2. Click > to add the selected administrations to TriFact365.

  3. Click Finish when you are done adding administrations.

  4. The welcome flow is now complete.
