System requirements

Before you begin using TriFact365, you can check a few things to ensure that TriFact365 is working optimally.

In some cases, it may be wise to consult with the person in charge of your administration or the organization’s system administrator.

Operating System

We support the following operating systems for desktops and laptops:

  • Microsoft Windows

  • Apple macOS

  • Linux Ubuntu LTS versions

We support these operating systems for Android and iOS:

  • Android (version 14 and higher)

  • iOS (version 26 and higher)

Web browser

Always make sure the latest version of your browser is installed. We actively support the latest versions of these browsers:

We no longer support Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (IE11). This browser is not secure enough.

Screen resolution

The screen resolution should ideally be set to a minimum of 1600x900px (standard 17-inch monitor). On smaller screens and resolutions, the web application will not fit entirely on the screen and will require scrolling or zooming out in the browser.

Scanner

If you want to scan and upload paper invoices to TriFact365, we recommend using a minimum of 200 DPI. Additionally, it is helpful if the scanner can send emails, so that scanned invoices can be sent directly to TriFact365.

Network Security

Network security (e.g., the firewall) must allow communication over port 443 for Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) traffic. This is generally always the case. You do not need any additional software to view documents. If you want to view documents in their original layout, you can download the document in PDF format. In that case, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.
