Corrupt PDF document delivered

Sometimes TriFact365 is unable to process a PDF file from an email. In such cases, the file is marked as unprocessed and potentially corrupt in the Mailbox.
Solution
Something likely went wrong during the transfer to TriFact365 from your mailbox. Delete the relevant contact for the administration’s email address from Outlook and create it again.
