Modify Document Type

Sometimes you may have uploaded a document as a purchase invoice, but it’s actually a sales invoice (or vice versa). You can easily change the type.

Modify Type from the Check screen

  1. In the Check screen, click the Modify type

  2. The document’s type will now be changed in the background, while you, as the User, proceed to the next document to process.

Modify Type from the Backlog

  1. Go to the Backlog, click the menu (•••) in the Document column, and select Modify Type.

  2. Or check the document and select the Modify Type action at the top. This option will allow you to modify the type of multiple documents at once.

  3. TriFact365 will now ask for confirmation and indicate whether the document type can be changed. Click Execute.

Note!

If the document has already been checked and/or has the status "Confirm", its type can no longer be changed!
