Moving documents to other administration

It’s possible that you selected the wrong administration when uploading a document. In that case, you’ll need to delete the document and upload it again to the correct administration.
Check to see if the document is still available on your computer or in your email. If you don’t have it,
Download the document from the Backlog via the menu (•••) in the Document column > Download.
Then delete the document from the Backlog.
Check the document and select the Delete action at the top.
Or click the menu (•••) in the Document column and select the Delete action.
Then upload the document to the correct administration.
Note!
If the document has already generated an entry in the accounting software, the entry must also be deleted in the accounting software.
