Logging in

On the TriFact365 login page, enter your user email address and password. If you do not yet have a TriFact365 subscription, click the Free trial button to create an account and try TriFact365 free for 30 days.

If you use two-factor authentication, an additional step is required.

  1. Open the Authenticator app and enter the generated code.

  2. Optionally, you can check the option Remember browser (7 days). When logging in, you no longer have to enter a code for this browser for 7 days.

When 2factor authentication is enabled for your user you will see this screen with the message: Open the Google Authenticator app and enter the code below. With the option to remember the browsser for 7 days.

Forgot your password?

Click Did you forget your password? at the login page of TriFact365. Enter your username (email address), and you will receive an email with instructions to set a new password.

Change your password

The first time you login to TriFact365 you will be requested to change your password. After this first change you can change your password in de portal whenever you want. Go to your Username in the menu and select Personal settings. Here you can change your password.

A new password must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 8 characters long

  • At least one uppercase letter

  • At least one lowercase letter

  • At least one digit

  • At least one special character

Note!

Your password must be changed every 180 days.

User deactivated

For security reasons, users are automatically deactivated if they have not logged in for more than 120 days.

If your user account is deactivated, you will automatically receive an email with a link to reactivate your account.
