Request a New Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Did you forget your password?” link. You’ll then need to enter your email address, after which you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set a new password.

If a user tries to request a password reset email but doesn’t seem to receive it, there are several possible reasons for this.

Spam Folder

If you don’t see an email in your inbox, it’s possible that our emails are being marked as “Spam.” Here’s what you can do:

  • Contact the party that manages your email

  • Check your Spam folder

An outdated email address is registered in the system

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change an existing user’s email address in the system. The quickest solution is to create a new user with the correct email address.

The user still has documents to approve

If the user needs to approve documents, it is not possible to transfer these documents to the new user. In that case, the workflow must be stopped. After that, the workflows can be updated to include the new user, and the documents can be processed again.

User has been deactivated

If a user has been deactivated due to inactivity, the password reset email may not be sent. Please contact our support department at support@trifact365.nl regarding this issue.

Bounce list

If our email isn’t marked as spam and the user is still active, but you still aren’t receiving an email, please email your email address to support@trifact365.nl and ask us to check whether this email address has been added to our bounce list.
