Every document processed in TriFact365 influences the recognition of subsequent documents.

TriFact365’s journal entry proposals are generated using artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, robotic accounting, and OCR software. However, the available master data is also important in this process.

How can my relations be recognized most effectively?

  1. Make sure as much master data as possible is entered for a contact (supplier/customer).

    • e.g., (Company) Name, address, bank account, Chamber of Commerce, VAT, and IBAN numbers.

  2. Regularly check the master data to ensure it is still up to date.

    • The information on the document and in the master data must match.

  3. Avoid duplicate contacts.

How do I ensure complete booking proposals?

  1. Use the standard account and VAT code in the master data, among other things.

  2. Use the automatic line recognition

  3. Ensure documents are high-resolution (high quality).

  4. Make sure photos and scans are straight. Scan only paper documents.

    • Upload digital documents, such as PDFs, directly into TriFact365.

How can I improve the recognition?

  1. When starting a new administration in TriFact365, upload and process in small batches (5–10).

  2. Correct entries that were not recognized correctly. Continue to correct them consistently.

100% recognition cannot be guaranteed for every document. TriFact365 updates the recognition periodically.
